Signed up with Google or Apple? Enter that account's email to add a password to it. You can then also sign in with your email and password, for example in the Android app. It's the same account, and Google or Apple sign-in keeps working. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, enter the private relay address (it ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com).
