Plans and billing

Before you subscribe

• Plans renew automatically every month or every year until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from Manage billing. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Deleting your EatOutLog account, or a ban for breaking our terms, cancels your plans right away, with no refund for the rest of the period.
• There are no refunds or credits for unused time, including the rest of an annual plan.
• Adding a restaurant charges for the rest of the current period. Removing one lowers your price from your next bill, and that restaurant keeps its plan features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Monthly plans can switch to annual at any time. An annual plan renews as annual unless you switch it to monthly, which takes effect when the year you paid for ends.
